Shipping
Information
We offer low cost flat rate shipping throughout the continental US. We charge
$195 for a single standard size door, $250 for 2 or more doors. Pre-hang systems
ordered with the doors are shipped with the doors at no additional charge.
Possible Freight Surcharges: If a liftgate is required for delivery, we must pass on the added freight company charges for this service, usually $95 - $125. If you have able bodies at the delivery site who can help unload the crate (at least one person for a single door, 2 people for a double door), you can save that cost. We do recommend you add the liftgate option for double door entrys.
Our Flat Rate Shipping offer applies only to addresses directly served by our Freight Carrier. Isolated sites, island locations, or other circumstances that require a transfer to a secondary local carrier will incur a surcharge equal to the added cost. Even in that unusual event, your total shipping charges will be below our actual shipping costs.
All orders must be fully paid before they are released for shipment. We
require a 50% non-refundable payment upon receipt of your order and collect
the balance prior to shipment of the completed order.

Crating & packing your door or
door assembly is done with the utmost care. We build a wooden crate to
fit your order. For standard size doors, we charge a flat $95 for either a single door, or per set of double doors, with or without pre-hang systems.
We are happy to fulfill International orders, and while we will assist
you however we can, you will be responsible for arranging shipping and
coordinating with us to have your order picked up.
Damages in Shipment
All of our doors are securely packed and leave our facilities in picture perfect

damage may occur. We are not liable for damage or loss once we have handed
your crate to the shipper. If the shipment shows outside evidence of damage,
or you suspect damage:

2. If, upon inspection, there is some actual damage, notify us promptly.
3. Do not alter the shipping container until the freight carrier has inspected it.
4. Damages or variance from order must be reported within
3 days.
5. All goods are fully insured by the trucking company
for 100% of value.
All items picked up F.O.B in Washington state or shipped
